Professor Richard Watt from London has analysed data from the Scottish Health Survey and discovered, that brushing your teeth twice daily reduces your risk of a heart attack.

Brushing your teeth improves your gum health and reduces the risk of your gums getting inflamed. Studies show that chronic inflammation plays an important role in the buildup of atherosclerosis.

Now you have yet another reason to brush your teeth more regularly and more often. Brush your teeth twice a day for a healthy heart!
